Returning Student Selection 2025

We are excited to let you know that Housing Selection is currently underway! Housing selection is the period in which we have applications and then self-selections for where you’re going to live for the 2025-2026 academic year. One of our newest benefits for continuing to live on campus as an upperclassman is that we now offer single-space units in Lowndes Hall. The second floor of Lowndes Hall will be a co-ed floor with only one person per room. To select this type of space you cannot be a part of a roommate group and will need to select on either priority selection day or the individual's selection day. 

  • Applications go live January 15th and remain open until March 20th
  • Renewals/Reclaims – February 17th – 21th*
    • This is for Centennial residents only. Renewals are for those with a 12-month contract who wish to renew their contract for another 12 months (Fall '25, Spring '26, and Summer '26). Reclaims are for those with a 10-month contract who wish to return to their current room for Fall '25 and Spring '26. Reclaiming means the resident will move out at the end of the Spring '25 semester and move back in the Fall.
  • Themed Communities – February 24th – 28th*
    • If you’ve selected to be in a theme community, you will select into your space amongst where your theme community is located.
  • General Selection – March 24th – 28th*
    • This is for anyone who is not reclaiming, renewing, or going into a themed community.

*Please note it is when you actually self-select or are assigned a room that you are locked into your contract.

We will be having a few events and competitions for you to compete to win priority housing during this selection process. Priority selection means that you will get to pick your space before the general population, enhancing your chance of getting into the exact space that you want.
