1. How long will it take me to finish the degree?
The program is designed so that students who take two courses per semester including summers can finish in two years. All degree programs in the Graduate School at Valdosta State University must be completed within seven years.
2. How are the courses delivered?
Valdosta State University uses BlazeVIEW to provide the online learning environment for the courses in the program. The minimum technical requirements are listed on eLearning's site.
3. Can I complete the course assignments around my work schedule?
Some courses are entirely asynchronous, allowing students to complete the assignments on their own schedule as long as they meet regular deadlines. Some courses require some (typically once every two to three weeks) synchronous interaction with the instructor and/or other students after 5:00 p.m. weeknights, but all the courses are designed to be compatible with the schedule of educators working full time.
