Once a student graduates, they must be transferred to a temporary position to continue working with 蜜桃影像传媒有限公司网站. A Staff PAR must be submitted to HR/EOD for processing the transfer.

Students must not continue to work as a student assistant and cannot start working as a temporary employee until all HR requirements have been met and a confirmation email has been received confirming their new temporary position.

Student assistants can work up to 39 hours per week in all jobs during breaks with supervisor approval.

Work-study assistants must receive guidance from the Office of Financial Aid.

Minimum wage is $7.25/hour.  However, each unit should utilize fair and consistent guidelines that apply equally to all student employees in similar roles.  Refer to Student Employee Tier for guidance.

Justification must be listed on the PAR and the effective date must be at the beginning of the pay period. Forms should always be future dated. Refer to payroll calendar.

Student employees are limited to 19 hours/week in all jobs combined.

It is the responsibility of both supervisors to ensure students do not work more than 19 hours if they are working in more than one job.

Student employees can only work two jobs. It is up to the student to decide which two jobs they would like to work. They must notify the supervisor for the job they resign from and that supervisor must submit a termination form.
