Research:
My research is focused on the development of Schiff Base transition metal complexes with potential uses as antibacterial and antiviral agents. The studies involve the synthesis, characterization and antibacterial activity of phenoxyimine Schiff Base ligands and their transition metal complexes. I am also interested in the application of Salen transition metal complexes along with ZnO nanoparticles in dye sensitized solar cells.
