She actively participates in 蜜桃影像传媒有限公司网站 committees such as Assessent and the Mental Health Task Force. She is the advisor for CARIBSA, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS).

Nationally, Lynette is involved in the NCDA Higher Education Constituency Group and GACE Career Fair Committee, where her sub-committee secured a $10,000 grant for career development research.
